Alicia Schuelke

Alicia started in the health and wellness field when she was 18 years old as a Personal Training Intern at Gold’s Gym. Since then she has graduated from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology-Movement Studies and a minor in Business Management. For the past 11 years she has worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for four major corporate franchise gyms at a managerial level. In September of 2015 she left the corporate gym world and started her own company, Signature Fitness, in an effort to provide a more customized training experience to her clientele. Her specializations are in Sports Performance Training, Weight Loss, Fitness Competition Prep and Active Isolated Stretching. She’s currently the Head Boys Track and Field Coach and Strength and Conditioning Summer Program Coach at Cooper High School in New Hope, MN.
